8 oz rotini pasta

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup croutons

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process; set aside.

    Prepare Chicken: If using rotisserie chicken, shred the meat with two forks until you have bite-sized pieces. If you’re cooking chicken from scratch, grill or sauté until fully cooked, then shred.

      Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, and chopped romaine lettuce.

        Dress the Salad: Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the pasta salad. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss everything gently until well combined and evenly coated.

          Add Cheese and Croutons: Add the grated Parmesan cheese and croutons to the bowl. Toss again gently, being careful not to crush the croutons.
