2 oranges, juiced and zested

2 lemons, juiced and zested

4 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Skewers (soaked in water if using wooden)

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lemon juice, citrus zests, olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
