1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Prep the Steak: In a large bowl, combine the steak cubes and olive oil. Toss well to coat the steak evenly.

    Season the Steak: In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, dried oregano, black pepper, and salt. Sprinkle the spice mix over the steak and toss until all the pieces are well coated.

      Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
