  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine diced apples with lemon juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and flour; toss and set aside for 10 minutes.
