Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 lemon, zested

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.

Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl and toss them until they’re evenly coated in the butter and lemon mixture.

Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they are spread out and not overcrowded.

Drizzle any remaining butter and garlic mixture over the shrimp for extra flavor.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for a minute. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
