1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup onion, finely chopped

1 cup shredded lettuce

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup pickles, diced

4 large flour tortillas

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup ketchup

2 tbsp mustard

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and chopped onion. Cook for about 7-10 minutes, breaking up the beef with a spatula, until the meat is browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.

    Season the Beef: Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.

      Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.

        Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous spoonful of the sauce mixture down the center of the tortilla. Add a portion of the cooked beef, followed by shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese.

          Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, securing all the fillings inside.

            Serve: Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling. Cut the wraps in half if desired, and serve with extra sauce on the side for dipping.
