2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed

4 slices of crispy bacon, chopped

2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 avocado, diced

¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh chives or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped bacon, Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, avocado, red onion, and shredded cheddar cheese.
