12 oz bow tie pasta (farfalle)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

½ cup red bell pepper, chopped

½ cup black olives, sliced

¼ cup red onion, finely chopped

1 cup mozzarella balls, halved

½ cup fresh parsley, chopped

½ cup olive oil

¼ cup red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the bow tie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
