peeled and cut into chunks

peeled and diced into small pieces

coconut water

freshly squeezed lime juice

honey or agave syrup

Instructions
Prepare the ingredients by peeling and chopping the carrots and mango.
Combine the chopped carrots, diced mango, coconut water, lime juice, honey, and sea salt in a blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, adding more coconut water if needed.
Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey or agave syrup if desired.
Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp.
Pour the drink over ice cubes in chilled glasses.
