  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 large egg lightly beaten
  • 2 cloves garlic finely minced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, ranch dressing mix, beaten egg, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix the ingredients gently until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
  • Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place them on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  • In the last 5 minutes, brush the meatballs with barbecue sauce for glazing.
