2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts to the mixture and coat them evenly. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

    Cook the Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes. Slice the chicken into strips.
