2 large chicken breasts, sliced into strips

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1/2 cup ranch dressing (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the chicken strips with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Ensure the chicken is well-coated and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

    Cook the Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken strips and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink and is cooked through. Remove from heat.
