Ingredients

2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

4 large flour tortillas

2 cups baby spinach

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and diced tomatoes. Mix well until all ingredients are combined evenly.

Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a generous amount of the cheesy chicken mixture in the center of the tortilla, then top with a handful of baby spinach and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, enclosing the filling completely.

Repeat the rolling process with the remaining tortillas and filling.

In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Once cooked, remove the wraps from the skillet and let them rest for a minute. Slice each wrap in half diagonally.

Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce, if desired.
