Cheesy One-Pot Hamburger Delight
This One-Pot Cheesy Hamburger Casserole is a comforting and hearty dish that combines ground beef, macaroni, and cheese in a single pot for easy preparation. It's a family favorite that delivers rich flavors and creamy texture.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes with juice
- 1 cup corn
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- for garnish fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until onion is translucent.
- Incorporate ground beef, cook until browned and no longer pink.
- Stir in elbow macaroni, beef broth, diced tomatoes, corn, and Italian seasoning.
- Season with salt and pepper, bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until macaroni is tender, about 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from heat, fold in 1.5 cups of cheddar cheese until melted.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top, cover to melt.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
