  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • Salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Blend the softened cream cheese and sour cream until creamy.
  • Fold in the chopped artichoke hearts, drained spinach, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Spoon the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
