2 cups elbow macaroni

1 cup dill pickles, finely chopped

1/2 cup red onion, finely diced

1 cup celery, chopped

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sour cream

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse the pasta under cold water to cool it down.

    Prepare the Dressing: In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, fresh dill, salt, and pepper. Whisk until the ingredients are well combined.

      Combine Ingredients: In the same bowl, add the drained macaroni, chopped dill pickles, diced red onion, and chopped celery. Mix everything together until the pasta is fully coated with the dressing.

        Chill: Cover the salad with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
