1 cup cottage cheese (low-fat or regular)

1 medium apple (preferably Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), diced

1/4 cup dried cranberries or raisins

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
