1 lb (450g) rotini pasta

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the rotini and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Brown the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the chicken strips, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

      Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
