  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; stir until smooth.
  • Fold the cooked pasta into the sauce until well-coated.
  • Transfer to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
