2 cups penne pasta

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup mushrooms, sliced (button or cremini)

1 cup asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cook the Penne: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
