  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion finely diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups uncooked pasta
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend
  • Salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large pot, heat over medium flame, add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté for 3-4 minutes until soft.
  • Incorporate uncooked pasta, beef broth, and Italian seasoning, stir and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes until pasta is al dente.
  • Stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until creamy and well blended.
  • Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  • Remove from heat and let sit for a few minutes to thicken.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
