Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets cod fillets
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest
  • to taste sea salt
  • to taste freshly ground black pepper
  • for garnish fresh parsley finely chopped
  • for serving lemon wedges

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, lemon zest, sea salt, and black pepper.
  • Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels.
  • Brush both sides of each fillet with the olive oil mixture.
  • Arrange the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Remove the fillets and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
