Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil and a wire rack.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Toss the cleaned chicken wings in the flour mixture until thoroughly coated.
Place the wings in a single layer on the wire rack and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
While baking, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese in a separate bowl.
Once baked, toss the wings in the garlic Parmesan mixture to coat them well.
Return the wings to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
