  • ½ cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup walnuts or dairy-free chocolate chips optional
