Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken

1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

2 green onions, finely chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

4 hamburger buns

Lettuce leaves, for serving

Tomato slices, for serving

Optional: extra ranch dressing for drizzling

Instructions

Prep the Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Form the Patties: Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a burger patty, making sure they are of even thickness for even cooking.

Cook the Patties: Preheat a grill or a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

Build the Burgers: Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or skillet for about 1-2 minutes until they are lightly browned. Lay down a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, place the chicken patty on top, add a slice of tomato, and drizzle additional ranch dressing if desired.

Serve: Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately with your favorite side dishes!
