Ingredients
  

  • 4 large bell peppers diced
  • 1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can 15 oz diced tomatoes, with juices
  • 4 cups beef or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning blend

Instructions
