1 small head of Romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 medium cucumber, diced

1 small red bell pepper, diced

1 small red onion, finely diced

1 cup cooked and chilled green beans, chopped

1 cup garbanzo beans (chickpeas), rinsed and drained

1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1/2 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, green beans, garbanzo beans, kalamata olives, and parsley.
