Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar and vegetable oil until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each, then add vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, sift together baking powder, sea salt, cocoa powder, and flour.
Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Roll the chilled dough into 1-inch balls and coat each in powdered sugar.
Place the coated balls on the baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until tops are crinkled and set but soft.
Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
