  • 1 package Gingerbread Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil optional

  • Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Melt white chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip each truffle in melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  • Sprinkle crushed gingerbread or holiday sprinkles on top while chocolate is wet.
  • Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes to harden.

Notes
