Ingredients

For the Ramen:

4 cups chicken broth

2 packets of ramen noodles

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, sliced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons sriracha (adjust for heat level)

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon chili flakes

3 green onions, chopped

2 cups baby spinach

2 soft-boiled eggs (optional)

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

1 cup heavy cream

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken:

    - In a medium bowl, mix the sliced chicken thighs with soy sauce, sriracha, chili flakes, and sesame oil. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

      Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

        - In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.

          - Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Dijon mustard, season with salt and pepper, and add lime juice. Continue to cook on low heat for about 5 minutes until thickened. Set aside.

            Cook the Ramen:

              - In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the marinated chicken and reduce the heat. Simmer for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.

                - Add the ramen noodles to the pot and cook according to package instructions (usually about 3-4 minutes).

                  - In the last minute of cooking, stir in the baby spinach until wilted.

                    Assemble the Ramen Bowl:

                      - Divide the cooked ramen and broth into bowls. Top each bowl with sliced green onions and a soft-boiled egg (if using). Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the top.

                        Serve and Enjoy:

                          - Optional: Garnish with additional chili flakes or a drizzle of sriracha for an extra kick.
