  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage crumbled
  • 1 cup diced colorful bell peppers

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
