Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ cup honey or agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 orange zest
  • 1 lemon zest
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a gentle boil over medium heat.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the grated ginger. Cover and steep for about 10 minutes.
  • Strain the ginger-infused water into a large mixing bowl, discarding the ginger pieces.
  • Add orange juice, lemon juice, honey, vanilla extract, and zests to the ginger-infused water. Mix until honey is dissolved.
  • Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled brew over the ice.
  • Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves.
