  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • colorful sprinkles or finely chopped nuts optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add the egg and molasses, mixing until fully incorporated.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the butter mixture until just combined.
  • Scoop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
