2 ripe avocados

4 slices of whole-grain bread

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

¼ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

Juice of 1 lemon

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
 

Start by toasting the slices of whole-grain bread until they are golden and crispy.
