Healthy Grilled Chicken Ranch Wraps

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 whole wheat tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 red bell pepper, sliced

½ cup shredded carrots

½ cup low-fat Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix (store-bought or homemade)

Optional: sliced avocado or cheese for added flavor

Marinate the Chicken: In a medium bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts with this marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for more flavor).

    Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken breasts and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

      Prepare the Ranch Spread: In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the ranch seasoning until well combined.

        Slice the Chicken: Once rested, slice the grilled chicken into thin strips.

          Assemble the Wraps: Lay out a whole wheat tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a few tablespoons of the ranch yogurt mixture across the center. Add a handful of spinach, some sliced chicken, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, and shredded carrots. If using, add slices of avocado or cheese.

            Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Repeat for the remaining tortillas.

              Serve: Cut the wraps in half on a diagonal and serve immediately, or wrap in parchment paper for a healthy on-the-go meal.
