can refrigerated biscuit or dumpling dough

Instructions
Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme, and parsley.
Pour the chicken broth and cream of chicken soup over the chicken, then layer the onion, carrots, and celery on top.
Stir gently to combine all ingredients, then secure the lid.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours until the chicken is tender.
Remove the chicken, shred it with two forks, and return it to the pot.
Stir in the frozen peas.
Cut each biscuit into quarters and drop them into the crockpot, spaced apart.
Cover and increase heat to high, cooking for an additional hour until dumplings are fluffy.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
