For the Honey BBQ Chicken:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/2 cup honey

1/3 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)

2 lbs baby potatoes, halved

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken Marinade:

    - In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, BBQ sauce, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. This will be your marinade.

      Marinate the Chicken:

        - Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it's well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to overnight for more flavor).

          Cook the Potatoes:

            - While the chicken is marinating, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the halved baby potatoes and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and set aside.

              - In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

                - Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Allow to cook for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
