Instructions

Prepare the Special Sauce:

    - In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined. Adjust seasoning to taste. Set aside.

      Cook the Beef:

        - In a skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef. Break it up with a spatula and season with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 7-10 minutes, or until the beef is browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat if necessary.

          Warm the Tortillas:

            - In a separate pan or microwave, warm the flour tortillas for about 20-30 seconds to make them pliable.

              Assemble the Wraps:

                - Lay a warm tortilla flat. Spread a generous tablespoon of special sauce in the center.

                  - Add a quarter of the cooked beef mixture on top, followed by a slice of American cheese, some shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, pickles, and diced onions.

                    Wrap It Up:

                      - Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll from the bottom up to create a tight wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.

                        Optional – Grill the Wraps:

                          - For extra crunch, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

                            Serve:

                              - Slice each wrap in half, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve with extra special sauce on the side for dipping.
