Ingredients

1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed

1/4 cup hot honey (or adjust to taste)

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish

Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

Prepare the Salmon: Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes (about 1.5 inches in size) and place them in a mixing bowl.

Make the Marinade: In a separate bowl, whisk together the hot honey, soy sauce, olive oil, Dijon mustard, lime juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt until well combined.

Marinate the Salmon: Pour the marinade over the salmon cubes and gently toss to ensure each piece is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature.

Bake the Salmon Bites: Arrange the marinated salmon bites on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Serve: Remove the salmon bites from the oven and transfer them to a serving platter. Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro or parsley and serve with lime wedges on the side.
