12 slider rolls

1 pound Italian sausage (mild or spicy, your choice)

1 cup sliced pepperoni

1 cup sliced ham

1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced

1/4 cup banana peppers, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 cup butter, melted

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook Sausage: In a large skillet, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess grease if necessary. Season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.

      Prepare Slider Rolls: Cut the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.

        Layer Ingredients: Start by layering the cooked sausage evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls. Then add a layer of pepperoni, ham, roasted red peppers, banana peppers, and both cheeses.

          Top with Rolls: Place the top halves of the slider rolls onto the layered ingredients.

            Apply Butter: Brush the melted butter over the top of the slider rolls. Sprinkle with chopped parsley if using for garnish.

              Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the tops are golden brown.
