  • 2 cups leftover mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable or canola oil for frying

Instructions

  • Combine mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
