Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound your choice of sausages pork, chicken, or turkey
  • ½ cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • Fresh parsley finely chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine maple syrup, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  • Whisk together until smooth and well blended.
  • Place sausages in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them.
  • Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Preheat your grill to medium heat, about 350°F to 400°F.
  • Remove sausages from the marinade and allow excess to drip off.
  • Grill sausages for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
