2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 teaspoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (julienne, in oil)

3 cups fresh spinach

3 cloves garlic (minced)

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

8 oz fettuccine or spaghetti pasta

Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Prepare the Chicken: While the pasta cooks, season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning on both sides.

      Sear the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and let rest for a few minutes, then slice.
