Ingredients

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles along the perforated lines.

In a small bowl, mix the mozzarella cheese, sliced pepperoni, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning until well combined.

Take a triangle of dough and place about 2 tablespoons of the cheese and pepperoni mixture at the wide end.

Roll the dough up tightly, starting from the wide end to the point, and place the rolled croissant on the prepared baking sheet, point side down.

Brush the tops of the croissant rolls with the beaten egg to give them a nice golden color as they bake.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and flaky.

Once baked, let them cool slightly before serving. Serve with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
