8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup diced pimentos, drained

1/4 cup finely chopped green onions (or scallions)

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated sharp cheddar cheese and softened cream cheese. Use a hand mixer or spatula to blend them together until smooth and creamy.

    Add the mayonnaise, diced pimentos, chopped green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to the cheese mixture.

      Stir all the ingredients together until fully combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

        Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
