2 ripe peaches (fresh or frozen)

1 banana

1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)

1/2 cup almond milk (or your choice of milk)

1 tablespoon honey (optional, adjust to taste)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings: sliced peaches, granola, chia seeds, shredded coconut, and fresh mint leaves

Instructions
 

If using fresh peaches, begin by peeling and pitting them. Chop them into smaller pieces for easier blending.
