Ingredients

2 cups fresh watermelon, cubed, seeds removed

1 cup ripe strawberries, hulled and halved

1 medium banana, frozen

1/2 cup coconut milk (or any dairy-free milk of your choice)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for added texture and health benefits)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Toppings: sliced strawberries, watermelon balls, granola, coconut flakes, and chia seeds

Instructions

Prepare the Base: In a blender, combine the cubed watermelon, halved strawberries, frozen banana, and coconut milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. If you like your smoothie bowl a bit sweeter, add honey or maple syrup and blend again briefly.

Add Chia Seeds: If using, stir in the chia seeds at this stage. This will add a slight crunch and boost the nutritional value of your smoothie.

Blend Again: Pulse the blender a few more times to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Serve: Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl, smoothing the surface with the back of a spoon.

Top It Off: Artfully arrange your choice of toppings on the surface of the smoothie bowl such as sliced strawberries, watermelon balls, granola, coconut flakes, and additional chia seeds.

Garnish: Add a few fresh mint leaves for an aromatic touch and extra pop of color.

Enjoy: Grab a spoon and dig in to enjoy your refreshing creation!
