  • 12 large portobello mushrooms stems removed
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded Longhorn cheese
  • ½ cup Italian sausage cooked and crumbled
  • ¼ cup green onions finely chopped
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Blend cream cheese and Longhorn cheese until creamy.
