Ingredients

20 large jumbo pasta shells

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped

1 cup cooked scallops, chopped

1/2 cup crab meat, picked through for shells

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 cups marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Extra mozzarella cheese for topping (optional)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the jumbo pasta shells and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, chopped shrimp, chopped scallops, crab meat, parsley, garlic, lemon zest, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Stuff the Shells: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Take a large baking dish and spread 1 cup of marinara sauce at the bottom. Carefully stuff each pasta shell with the seafood filling and place each stuffed shell in the baking dish, opening side up.

Top with Sauce: Once all the shells are stuffed, pour the remaining marinara sauce over the top of the shells. If desired, sprinkle additional mozzarella cheese over the sauce for a cheesy crust.

Bake Stuffed Shells: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with extra chopped parsley or grated Parmesan if desired.
