1 pound ground beef (or turkey)

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably Italian seasoned)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup milk

1 large egg

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup ketchup (plus more for topping)

For the Roasted Potatoes:

1 pound baby potatoes, halved

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef (or turkey), breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, milk, egg, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

      Shape the Meatloaves: Form the meat mixture into small loaf shapes (about 2 inches long) and place them on one side of a lined baking sheet.

        Season the Potatoes: In a separate bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper until they are evenly coated.

          Arrange the Potatoes: Place the seasoned potatoes on the other side of the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spread out for even roasting.
